Built On Solid Grounds

....."dary!"


Ok, so you guys had to wait a little longer than expected but all good things come with patience, time and a lot of waiting, basically. On with our updates, a wise man once said 'A city built on rock and roll is structurally unsound' (ok, we pulled that off a Threadless slogan tee) but we say "Dresses built on solid colours super duper rocks!" We make no sense as usual. Let's just get on with the updates 'aight.

#1 Solid Duo Tone

There's no way we were not gonna start off this supposedly 'Legen..wait for it..dary' post with this one we love so much. So simple and yet so extravagant at the back. Just the sort of twists that suckers us in each time.

#2 Cowl On the Prowl

We just love the way this dress is constructed, all that drama with the cowl neckline, pockets and tulip pleats and yet somehow incredibly simple if you really think about it.

#3 Neat Knits

This we think will be going down as an all time classic in our wardrobe, we just love the simple v-neck construction and the light stretch knit material just feels so good without feeling like we're wrapped in a dead sheep in a sauna. It's another one of those we'll be keeping one in every colour, but that's just us.

#5 Drapery

First we thought, meh, another oversized jersey dress that looks like nothing but a sack, oh boy, were we wrong. We were quite happily experimenting with our new collection of belts (ooh, that's a hint of what's to come next!) and you pretty much just can't go wrong whichever way you wear or pair this. It just somehow drapes to perfection, if ever there was such an expression.
