Our New Addition!

If you could be so kind to bring your eyes just a minute shift to the right, and a little bit downwards, you will see we have a new box of Very Good Things. Our Very Good Things are basically the go to place to find out our favourite monthly or weekly or daily (we haven't quite decided, obviously) item! The kind of things we've often exclaimed OMG! when we see them, and we can say that alot for alot of other things, but mainly we only mean it when we really really see something we like.


Onwards, our Very Good Things item in full detail and one other good thing, just not as Very Good as our Very Good Thing, nevertheless, still Good. Ahem. As we said, onwards:

#1 Our First Very Good Thing

Can we say how much we love love love this knit top? Aside from the fact that it's very different from all our regular knit tops, it's freakin' awesomely different! We are however unsure about how to classify this, is it a Cardi sort of thing since it can keep your shoulders warm and you can wear it buttoned or unbuttoned or is it quite simply a top? We don't know. So there, our first Very Good Thing!

Extremely Dissapointing Discovery

Well, apparently, being nice sometimes it's not, well, nice.

We used to entertain requests of Shopaholics who wanted to view our stuff on other days other than party days and we indeed, very nicely allowed it from time to time. It seems that today, we've discovered quite a few things missing from our inventory and stockroom since we, with all our heart, and naively too, trusted shoppers who were left in there alone to browse in peace. Obviously it seems for some, it presents an opportunity to grab a couple of freebies along with that 10 dollar belt that you're buying. We don't know who it is, but we're pretty sure you know who you are so may you wallow in your guilt everytime someone compliments you on that cute top you're wearing.

In light of this, we now neither have the heart, nor the energy to entertain such requests anymore. You can view the stuff on party days or you can order online as usual. We are not a walk in boutique and we were never positioned as one, so please, do not take offence and do understand.

We still love you though, well, just not so much the klepto ones, of course.

#1 Not For The Weak Hearted

We hate the words 'As seen on (name of talentless but for great boobs rising female reality tv show celeb) ' but we'll be hating as we say this:

As seen on: some runway models, (who happen to be wearing denim we are totally into);




As seen on: some random girl, (who happens to to look totally awesome in those, we assume are the Chanel ones, like in the original and not fake sense);




As seen on: Ooh! Kate Moss! (It ain't a summer must have till Kate Moss must have, we said that);





As seen on: Michelle Williams! (whom we are totally neither excited or unexcited about, other than the fact that she's got Heath Ledger's love child, they skipped the marrying part didn't they?).

We kinda guessed many of you have been looking around for the shoes, or sandals should we say of the season though not all may have fully accepted it, us included. But we thought, heck, if we're gonna do it, we're gonna do it proud and fierce so we got the scary but freakin' rockin' ones:

Few things you should know:
Here's the deal, the white ones you see are the original sandals and as you can see, it has a mighty lot of straps. Which we felt was too mighty (lot). So anyway, we've been snip snipping and experimenting with less straps, hence, you'll see that the black ones looks different. Now the lucky size we decided to experiment on is Black, size 5. So if you're that size and you're keen, the shoes will come as shown on the pics here. Don't worry, once you've made the snips, they are not visible. So we do suggest if you feel there are too many straps then simply take to a pair of scissors. We know, this ain't exactly a DIY lesson but we are always compelled to snip and tuck the things we own as how else to make something nice nicer?

It really did remind us of sourtapes, only brightly coloured ones, which we'll probably die of some toxic food colouring poisoning if there ever was one that was this bright.

This is something we use to glam up a simple outfit, assuming that the simple outfit is not glam enough in the first place of course.

Full Sequined Cinch Belt [A0143]: Black with Gold clasp - it measures about 25" so if you're thinking of wearing it around the waist but have the unfortunate dilemma of being too skinny (hmph) then it's not going to stay on. Otherwise, it stretches nearly indefinitely.

We don't know if the whole maxi dress thing is in or our or was never there in the first place, all we know is we don't care. We saw it once somewhere and we're going to assume that they are the best thing ever for this season. This we think will be effective to bring on a beach holiday.
